- Pricing and Availability. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice, at our discretion. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and availability shown on the site are accurate.
- Order Cancellations. Requests to cancel an order must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests after this window may not be accommodated, as the order may already be in processing or dispatch. See our Refund and Returns Policy for cancellations after dispatch.
- Incorrect Pricing or Order Errors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that was placed at an incorrect price or due to a listing error, whether or not the order was confirmed or paid for. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Delivery Errors Caused by the Customer. If non-delivery or delayed delivery results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, recipient unavailable), any additional re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

- Payment Security. You are responsible for using only your own valid payment method on this site. We take reasonable steps to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.

- Liability. Except as required by law, and without limiting your statutory rights as a consumer, GymApe’s liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
- Cashback and Promotions. Cashback offers require a valid account login at checkout and do not apply to Guest Checkout orders, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion’s terms.
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
