We currently ship only within India.
- Metro cities: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available

Free standard shipping on all orders across India.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the courier’s website using the link in your confirmation email. We ship via trusted courier partners including DHL and Aramex.
Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Shipments
All parcels are shipped fully insured. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait 15 days from the expected delivery date before reprocessing your order. If a replacement of the same design is unavailable, we will offer you a refund or an alternate product, in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided, once they leave the custody of the courier at your address. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how to report damaged or missing deliveries — you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. GymApe is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections or re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues (Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items)
If your order arrives damaged, doesn’t arrive, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us at care@gymape.co.in within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund under our Refund and Returns Policy.
For damaged items, please include an unboxing video showing the parcel’s condition immediately upon opening, to help us process your claim quickly.
Factors Beyond Our Control
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, extreme weather, strikes, or customs holds. We will keep you updated in such cases.
